Ongoing Support Sessions

Existing clients that have finished a plan & need some extra support we can do a single session.


Session Details:

Menopause doesn’t follow a timeline, new symptoms, life changes or simple uncertainties can arise anytime. As your dedicated wellness partner, I offer these standalone sessions so you’ll always have compassionate, even after you have completed a plan, expert guidance exactly when you need it. We’ll work together to address what’s changed, adjust your wellness approach, and renew your confidence.

Booking Policy

Thank you for booking your session. Once your date and time has been selected, your session will be confirmed after payment has been made. To make the most of our time together, I kindly ask that you submit your health form at least 48 hours before our session. To avoid forfeiting your payment, please cancel or reschedule your session at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session time. If you are more than 15 minutes late or unable to attend, the session will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. For your comfort, sessions are one-on-one and should take place in a quiet, private space. Since we’ll discuss sensitive intimate topics, please do attend sessions from public spaces, or while traveling, as this will lead to the session being rescheduled without a refund. This is your time to focus on your health and I work with you one-on-one, so please do invite partners, spouses, relatives, or friends to join the session. Your privacy is my top priority. Anything discussed in our session will remain completely confidential, and no details will be shared without your written permission. Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection for the online session. To avoid delays, please make sure Zoom is installed and tested on your device ahead of time.
