Booking Policy
Initial Wellness Consultation
• The initial consultation must be booked and paid for in advance. No refunds will be issued.
• Clients are required to fill out the wellness form in full at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before the session. Failure to do so will result in the form being completed during the consultation, which will reduce the time available for discussion.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
• Clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session.
• If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the session, no refund will be issued.
• If you are late for the online session, we will wait for 15 minutes. After this time, the session will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Courses
• All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
• No refunds will be issued once a course is booked.
• Courses are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
• Course sessions must be used within 12 weeks of the start date. Any remaining sessions after this period will be forfeited.
• Courses can be adapted to suit the client’s needs within reason.
General Policy
• All sessions and courses are private and one-on-one only. No other persons (e.g., partners, family members) are permitted to join the session, unless otherwise stipulated in the service or agreed with the coach in advance.
• Clients must attend online sessions in a quiet, private space, free from distractions, to ensure the focus is on their wellness needs.
