About Me
I’m Kirsten, a certified Menopause Wellness Consultant and holistic coach, committed to ensuring no woman feels as isolated or unprepared as I did during my own health journey.
My deep interest in hormonal health began at 24 after surgery for endometriosis and treatment triggered an induced temporary menopause, without warning or medical support. The debilitating symptoms left me struggling alone and confused.
At 45, I faced a year of misdiagnoses and dismissed symptoms until I recognised and self-diagnosed my perimenopause - later confirmed by my GP. After studying hormonal health and menopause wellness, I have also learnt how to advocate for myself effectively, and this has led to a recent diagnosis of adenomyosis and fibroids, alongside the endometriosis.
These experiences have shaped my purpose: to provide women with compassionate, insightful, evidence-based care that I needed but couldn't find. Today, I combine professional training with lived experience, managing my health through a holistic approach that includes hormone therapy, nutrition, lifestyle adjustments and complementary treatments.
Whether you're exploring HRT, symptom relief, long-term wellness, or navigating menopause alongside other diagnoses, my goal is to help you feel informed, empowered and genuinely supported.
