As a certified Menopause Wellness Consultant, I provide what’s

often missing elsewhere: proper time, attentive care, and a fully personalised holistic approach. If you’re struggling with unexplained symptoms, feeling unheard, or simply want to understand your changing body, you are in the right place.

 

We begin with a 30-minute Wellness Review, guided by a detailed Health & Wellness Form, which helps us explore your symptoms, priorities, and health goals in depth. From there, I’ll recommend which of my session plans is best for you, depending on your needs.

 

Your first full session, the Wellness Consultation, includes a tailored Personal Wellness Plan, which I create to offer practical, evidence-based suggestions to improve your wellbeing. We’ll cover key areas such as HRT, hormone balance, nutrition, stress, sleep, and exercise, so you feel empowered with knowledge and tools that truly work for you.

 

From there, we track progress together. Each follow-up session focuses on helping you implement sustainable changes, manage symptoms, and make adjustments where needed.

 

My support doesn’t end when symptoms ease. As your long-term wellness partner, I offer annual check-ins to adapt to your changing needs, plus the reassurance of ongoing support sessions whenever new questions arise. You’ll leave every consultation not just with information, but with practical steps and the confidence to take control, advocate for yourself, and know you have options.
